he has mixed feelings about being nude- on one hand he knows its just his natural body, but on the other hand the only time hes seen others nude is when theyre doing something sexual so naturally he cant help but tie that to his own nude body... it also makes him feel... vulnerable to you

if he does agree to it hes not going to be fully nude, and its going to take him a long while to warm up to the idea- dont pressure him, of course... will be wearing the mask, honestly hes probably more likely to get naked in front of you before he takes the mask off

tries his very best to stay still but even if hes covering his bits up he feels flustered under your gaze... even worse if youre really focusing and your face happens to scrunch- shoot him a smile and reassurance and he loosens up enough to not make his position ridged

lots of scars and markings on him to take into consideration... he does feel a certain way if you capture them correctly- a good way, of course!

pretty solid choice all in all, but good luck getting him to stay if he decides to do something else, hes not going to stop any plans to stand nude for you

Hi! First of all, thank you! This is a hard one cuz I dont usually draw chibis ehe, but I will try to aid you with the few knowlegment I got. As you can see, I have a lot of styles when it comes to draw cheebs but I think i can resume it in one word: SIMPLIFY

For example, here's a drawing of Gaming I did. Let's dig into it!!

First I tried to replicate the same pose Gaming has in his official art, notice that this not have to follow exactly the same guidelines. "Why?" Well because when drawing a chibi, theres some limitations since the body shrunkens, there is a variety on how cheeb anatomy works but I'll get to that point later-

Forget about detailing too much, like putting in the cheeb every wrinkle of the clothes, every strand of hair or every little costure. With this I am not saying that you have to get rid of ,for example, Furina's decorations in her hat, instead you can simplify them!! If you consider that detail important enough just draw it! (See the image for a example on how I do it)

Negative Space oh man my art teacher used to talk about this a lot and in chibis this is SUPER relevant. A good negative space always leads to clarity, and since cheebs are a really little thing,what we want is exactly that, clarity. Try to make a clear silloutte of what you are trying to convey in the chibi, this will make it look 10 times better for starters.

Lastly, dont forget that cheebs follow the same rules as a normal drawing(like line of action, perspective, etc) In case of cheebs though is usual for the heads, eyes and mouth to be bigger, I'll explain in more detail this below!

Lets go now with Anatomy and Proportions, as I was saying above, there is a lot of variety in cheebs anatomy. I dont think there is a wrong or correct way to draw a chibi here, there is just a lot of ways to draw them altough usually it follows these points:

Chibis are no more than 3 heads in height, after that it just stops feeling like a chibi drawing.

Eyes tends to be bigger, generaly eyes occupies 1/3 of the head. In my case I like to make the ears also just as big as the eyes with the shape of a bean or simply a circle. Moving to the mouth, I draw a simple shape of a triangle, just including the teeths when they smile.

Depending on the proportions you choose, it will give you different results, here you have to choose what you want for your chibi, for example: A proportion of the size of 2 heads + It gives you the liberty of draw more details and complex poses. On the other side a proportion of 1 head or less makes the chibi simpler but at the same time more cute to look at(see my examples at the end of this post!)

Last but not least, use this chart just as a reference, you can draw the bodies roundier, taller, tinier. Its up to your liking!!

Hope that this was not too overwhelming haha, I am not an expert on drawing cheebs but they are fun to try! I tried to summarize my own knowledge and mixed it with some google search(ehe)

Please dont hesitate to try as much as you want, there is a lot of ways to draw the tiny ones and none of them is incorrect. Hope this helps you and thanks for reading!!!

Do you have any tips or tricks for animating? I’ve been wanting to try getting into it but find it overwhelming to start

An easy way to cut corners is to just copy a frame and move things slightly

with the last two frames, theyre almost the exact same, except I've moved CC's head, arms, and hair all slightly, so when playing it, while not as smooth as it may be if i actually made a full inbetween frame, it still gives the look that he was transitioning from one pose to the next

When it comes to lipsyncing, it might be tempting to try and put all of the mouth shapes and syllables you know would be there in real life, but a lot of the time in animation, especially with fast speaking/singing, doing so looks odd, too slow, or too much on the eyes. having a program that can show you playback of your animation + audio while you're working on it can help you figure out if you might be making things take too long mouth wise.

Generally, these are the shapes I tend to go for when lipsyncing

A lot of looking natural may come down to making sure your proportions stay consistent (not accounting for squash and stretch frames, which will stray from proportion on purpose). a good way to prevent your character from starting long and ending short is to start with keyframes, and slowly work your way inwards with inbetween frames. but i am a naughty animator and often find this process boring, so i sometimes just do straight ahead animation where i figure it out as I go. this is probably a bad idea but i dont really care that much, sometimes having fun is all I'm looking for out of a drawing experience!

speaking of squash and stretch, they can matter a lot and are kind of similar what I did at the beginning with my CC frames. squash frames can give your character the illusion of weight, and stretch frames give the illusion of moving quickly

theyre a type of "smear" frame, but smear frames also come in more traditional, euh, smeary looking ways

uhhhh im not sure if any of this is properly explained, as I'm certainly not a professional, but I hope you can find it less of an overwhelming process! I think a good thing to do especially as a beginner is to start small. maybe even just practice ball drops and head turns before getting into anything with a huge amount of movement

Sol is basically borderline ruan mei, he dgaf, he is putting himself in 20 pounds of radiation if it means he makes a new weapon for fun. He wanted to ascend to an archon-hood through mechanical works or some shit, fucked up humanity and is working for the fatui, making them weapons yadayada for the fun of it and they allow him to.

He occasionally visits the quarters to distribute his silly little gadgets for testing (he made sure it was safe before putting to test) and thats when he met childe and they became best buddies because makes weapons x uses and breaks them and theyre both insane so it works i guess. And he learn first aid + pursuing medicine in Sumeru just so that he can tend to childe’s wounds because test subject + he cares for him.

Despite this, he doesnt agree with Dottore work ethics as he has a personal moral code for humans. He would never test dangerous things on others, he would do it on himself. (Learnt it the hard way after he accidentally lobotomized his twin brother)

He was Dr Ratio’s student to gain the elementary foundation before heading off to pursue linguistic and literature. He would earn a doctorate pretty soon after cuz he lowk a freak with languages and now he’s teaching alongside Dr Ratio too. They are not in the IPC together, but the organization that Fenrir is in often collab with the Intelligentsia Guild so basically, he’s the honorary IPC member.

Fenrir sometimes nag the doctor to let him join the Guild, even threatening with the invitation from The Riddlers (he did join them but Dr Ratio doesnt know yet)

The students under Fenrir does noticed a competitive undertone/tension between the two doctors, but not many knew about their past together. Its a funny thing. They would often compare their students achievements for fun too.

As a token of thanks, Fenrir dedicated almost 89% of his research to the Avgin-Sigonian dialect for Aventurine and chose to study the language as his dissertation. It was a little funny thing as people keep seeing ihm around the strategic investment department trying to butter up aventurine and was like “what the fuck is this guy doing here bro” and bawm in like 4 months or smth a piece of linguistic and archeology research was birthed

I dont know if i want it angsty or not, but for this i’d want aventurine to be happy that his heritage is finally being recognized and. He’d often tease Fenrir by repeating some of the rambling that fenrir always repeats when talking to Aventurine in Avgin-Sigonian, like little mumble

So one of my favorite taz aus is what I call "the replacement au" or the "Lup Au" which is basically what if it was Taako who died or went missing and it was Magnus, Merle, and Lup working for the BOB

In which case that poses a lot of questions for each arc so lemme tell you my theories on how it would've gone

Here they be gerblins:

Lup has always had a horrible ache in her heart. She wouldn't call it depression but no matters how hard she tries to move on and forget. She has always felt something painful and missing in her heart. Like someone ripped out a huge half of it and left her with the rest. She's had this feeling all her lonely life as a single child and no matter what magic she used on herself or how many people she surrounded herself with... she couldn't escape that feeling... Magnus and Merle somehow helped though. Being the absolute dumbasses they are.

Lup finds herself flirting with barry blue jeans and disappointed he wont be joining them later-

Lup sees Taako's skeleton/corpse and takes the wizard hat and his glave(or whatever his magical weapon he made during their year of artificing was)

She feels drawn to the phoenix fire gauntlet and she teases about putting it on alot(before phandalin goes to shit), she also gives it a high five but she isnt dumb enough to put it on and understands how dangerous it is and how devestating the events that follow are

As they both go into their own tanks, Barry doesnt know anybody or anything. Lup steps out and she throws on her outfit and demands answers from magnus and merle of what happened after she died. "Am I a lich? Am I posessed? IS THAT BARRY?" And why is barry still so goddamn attractive?

Barry looks at Lup like shes the love of his life and actually starts being timid and nervous around her

As all hope seems lost after Lup remembers the other half of her heart, Barry and Lup are refusing to die because they cant be liches forever. They dont have anything to go back to-

She remembers Paloma's prophecy, and Istus's gift. It's a simple ritual - a simple spell and only thinking of her brother she casts it. And Lup almost loses it again when nothing happens.

It takes too much but Lucretia is the one who channels a spell to crush these beats in their own shield before she vanishes. ANd now we gotta do other shit yay

Lup and Barry and sent to find the ship but she can't bring herself to do so... "I... I know we're supposed to save the world and everything Barry but... but what's the point... without Taako here with us?"

Barry does what he can to comfort his fiance before he notices the sphere of black glass. "Listen.. do you remember in lucas's lab when we was going over everything?" "Ye.. yeah?" Barry takes a breath to elaborate but Lup cuts him off. "Barry you know transumtation isn't my school of magic." "I know but..." He points to the glave she's holding. "It's his."

And with that they feather fall down and give it a try.

While Barry begins to fight for his life - with the help of Lucas who joins them, Lup continuously tries and fails to open this portal. She slams her head against her own creation and curses Taako for not being here. How is she supposed to go on when Taako is gone? And she didn't even get to grieve? Or say goodbye? And why did Istus lie to her?

And then a rift in space opens. And there he is. Taako appears in his red robe without his hat or his weapon. Lup feels a hand on her shoulder suddenly as she hears her brother's voice say "Don't worry Lulu, I have magical powers." And when he touches his weapon to the sphere it's like an explosion goes off.

"Taako! Where'd you open that portal to?!" "The Astral Plane."

When Lup sees Kravitz (and he looks fucking awful.) behind him she suddenly flips out; "ARE YOU DATING THE GRIM REAPER?" "SHUT UP"

But it doesn't last long before Lup embraces Taako tightly.

TAAKO ONLY CAME BACK BECAUSE MEREL RECONNECTED WITH THE GODS BTW SO ISTUS COULDNT HOLD UP HER END OF THE DEAL UNTIL SHE WAS BACK-

OK SHIP TIME WE GET TOGETHER EVERYONE IS PISSED AT LUCRETIA BUT as theyre discussing the science behind it she suddenly offers, looking at the tres horny boys briefly that there is a third option. Thanks Paloma.

Taako stays on the plane to fight while Lup, sure she wont lose him again, kicks the hungers ass.

Epilogue, everything is pretty much the same because lup doesnt wanna run a school for magic and now that taako was apparently routing for lup in the astral plane the whole time shes off the hook

Why does Taako die? Why does he care?

Well, Taako knew he couldn't just rely on a dance to cheer up Lup - so Taako decided he was going to do something good and destroy his sister's relic. Obviously he can resist the temptation but Cyrus Rockseeker does not. Taako blasts him with his glave(or clave or whatever) into the safe but ultimately dies.

We then we Taako wake up in the astral plane, behind the bars of the eternal stockade where a skeleton stands before him checking off a list. He says something in a cockney accent along the lines of "Finally, I've been lookin' for you."

"Crazy accent you go there Ghostrider, where am I?" "You're in the Astral Plane, Taako. Finally. You wouldn't happen to know where your others friends are? They're supposed to be locked up in here with you."

now initially i rly thought Jorge killed a goddess

by now im more hopeful that she isnt dead (im hoping for that, mostly for the fun of sticking to the source material of Athenas help in the last chapter(s) of the story)

im still doubting a bit. the chance is there that she is, infact, dead, but i dont know how that would impact the narrative-,...i suppose we’ll see, either in the vengence saga, or at the lastest in the ithica saga x)

The Fan Queen herself! Heck yeah I have headcanons for her!

I'll try not to repeat anything I've said, but Im also not looking at a list so some things may be repeated

General Colette HC's

Colette is generally a messy person, but she can be organized if she really wants to. The Gift Shops stock room and her fan merch collection are very organized with pretty labels and everything. Her room however...

If Colette put in the effort, she'd actually be an amazing artist. But her mind runs a mile a minute and she just needs to captre the important parts in her sketches, so its all very messy and almost crack-posty in nature.

Colette is a nail biter and with her extremely sharp teeth, her nails look like a mess most of the time. Thats part of why she loves wearing oversized sleeves that cover her hands

The other reason she likes wearing oversized sleeves is because theyre just fun to play with. If shes bored and mildly annoyed with you, she will slap you playfully with her sleeves. Hopefully not her usual jacket sleeves though since there are buckles on that one...

Actually shes just a chewer in general. She often has a little rubber pen grip on her that she turned into a chew toy for when shes feeling anxious or (more likely) restless.

Colette is a Stationary fiend. She has so much stationary of so many things. She does use a good chunk of it (only saving a few pieces as 'remembrance') but she has so many of them that it just never seems to end.

Colette totally has stickers plastered all over her phone and her laptop (if she has one)

She also has a lot of phone charms dangling off her phone. There are so many charms on that thing that it makes for a viable weapon.

Colette is tortured with the knowledge of all the juicy scoops in the park, but not being able to post about it anywhere because it will be traced to her. Sometimes writing crack with the exact opposite news helps but not always.

Colette legitimately might be made of rubber. This girl is so flexible and regularly does weir poses that would make anyone wince in pain (unless of course they cannot feel that pain or can do it easily)

Colette has tattooed the little grafitti/spray design Otis made for her on herself. She tattooed it on her ribs to keep it 'as close to her heart without doing it on the chest' but she kind of wishes she got it on an arm so ist easier to show off (I HC that Otis makes all the brawler sprays as gifts)

Colette has mastered the art of reading naughty stuff in public. One time Willow tried to peek cause she was bored and she didnt interact with Colette for a full month after.

Colette is generally really open and expressive, so it throws people for a loop when she fools them by acting the exact opposite of what shes feeling. Usually this is just for a prank or game.

Colette has a dedicated notebook for wild conspiracy theories she sees in the fandom. She also regularly tries to test them out so she can (privately) confirm or debunk them.

wonderful precure theory?

this is something that i noticed yesterday and Im wondering if anyone else has, ok so i think thta everyone noticed that friendy looks a bit sherlocky right? I thought i was a concept that got dropped bc it never really gets adressed or pays off in the series but anyway the thing that got really stuck in my head was that if friendy was a detective, and nyami and wonderful are royalty with the little crowns, what is lilian suposed to be? did they just give her a little top hat to match nyami's crown shape? But I just think i got it! I think she was supposed to be an arsène lupin inspired 'gentleman thief'! it would pair super well against a detective, and also really would match with a cats personality and habits!

it would also totally match lilians "uhuhuhu" pose in the poster! Especially bc it doesnt matches mayu's current personality. Maybe Nyami's pose is suposed to be a "shhh" as if shes telling the audiece not to tattle on them as well. the fact theyre a bit far to the background instead of all being on the same pose also add to it

i think it was finally noticing the foot print trails in the pets to human transformations that made me finally realize what was mayu suposed to be, since they remind me of investigations, not the detective side, but the culprit!

I imagine that the original plot or concept was something like each pair working separetly in the beggining but coming together as they become friends/ realize they have the same goal or something, and it sort of survived as the "misterious third precure" arc of nyami who starts working indepedently but turns arounds and join the team. It seems like a fun concept and i would have liked to see something like it!

also mini theory that also seems to have gone nowhere(and would match the crowns) was that i was sure that komugi and yuki were not normal pets and were some magical nicogarden animals that were sent to look for the missign ones, but lost their memories/ had them put dormant due to plot reasons. My "leads" were:

the hearts in the back of their heads( they even get some foreshadowing looking shots of yukis head before she shows up as a cure

the fact that they look so cartoony while all the other cats and dogs look normal, thay look way more like nico and the kirarin animals

the little crowns would pay of as well, as the queens or princesses of their species they would have special powers/ higher cognicion, but due to their lackof memories would need the pacts help to transform. I think tht would have been very fairytale like and cute, idk why but i love that trope of "the king of little creatures is for some reason a human" is so charming to me but it is! Think jareth from labyrinth and princess peach, and surely some fairytales but i cant remember any right now

that bit when iroha asks about komugis life before she got rescue and she says she doesnt remember!!! i was sure that was a planting for a big reveal later!!

idk it might still happen but i dont really expect it anymore

yuno and kazui are biologically related: my dissection of kashiki-mukuhara also huge shouts out to @nikoberry who helped me put this theory together! for ease of reading, yuno's information will be on the left side of this post, with kazui's information on the right- to the best of my ability. sources are linked best i can

disclaimer: i dont know how canon it is that the prisoners experience memory loss of their lives & parts of their murders before milgram, but this theory works best under that assumption

01. Age

to start off, it is not far-fetched that kazui could be yuno's biological father, as he would have been ~21 when yuno was born

02. Design

milgram character designs are made with a lot of intent and deliberation, the characters in the main cast look very different from one another, though yuno and kazui have a few key details that tie them together

note 1. posing; yuno and kazui are both posed in very similar ways for each of their trials. for trial 2: they seem excited, greeting you with a wave or acknowledging you wtih a nod for trial 1, they seem relaxed, but prepared. theyre meeting us for the first time, warmly, but not exposing who they are just yet

note 2. hair; these two have a handful of similarities with their hair. their hair color looks to be the same, but tinted with their respective colors they also have their bangs cut similarly, cut just under the eyebrow, a straight edge on their right side, with their hair parting on the left side

note 3, facial structure; both have a more "straight faces" (more noticeable in yuno's t2), coy smiles, and droopy/soft eyes

kazui's response to his question "Who do you want to see right now?" is "I can't meet them anymore."

he says "meet." not "see" or "be with", implying it is someone he has not met before: perhaps a child he knows of, but has not been told anything about them

(it could also be "meeting up", though i am not able to translate the original. in this case, it could be "meeting up" with the woman at the bar)

this one ^ mostly just tickles me

and i was almost going to dismiss this next one as him talking about his marriage

buuut... niko twisted my arm on keeping it in for the theory!

these next two are likely more about kazui's childhood friend, and his adultery, but theyre fun to apply to this theory, so im keeping them in.

im not well versed in interpreting japanese names, so these are again, pulled from the milgram wikia

06. Timelines

muu mentions just before this that she does not interact much with men around kazui's age, save for her father

kazui mentions himself having a child out of the blue, and quickly dismisses it. muu does not comment on this in the full timeline, so it could be that he is talking to himself. but why?

(translation source) connecting this timeline to the one above is interesting as well, as yuno mentions that she and muu could be seen as the same age. perhaps muu reminds kazui of a child he has not met, yet knows is around muus general age

(translation source) it's important to note that the above timeline was posted 2 days after kazui's t1 video, half, premiered on the MILGRAM youtube channel. kazui makes no mention of children in his voice drama, but mentions them to shidou a few days after his song extraction

07. Cats

kazui's next song is titled "cat," and yuno's t2 video, tear drop, has very VERY brief flashes of cat imagery used for her

08. Doors

there is a great comparison that @dearmahiru has made for their respective t2 song artwork! though, i would also like to point out that their doors are made with a very very similar wood (re: the significance of the kanji used for their names)

the only prisoner thus far with a somewhat similar door to these two would be haruka

though the wood finish is almost entirely smooth, with hardly any visible grain, unlike yuno and kazui, who have woodgrain very visible on their doors. haruka's door is also not curved at the top

i was mostly going to note that he says "float" in this translation, which corresponds to yuno's balloon imagery however, i started looking into the potential symbolism behind chairs and..

(i would also like to note that the chair has hearts on it, which im sure has significance- but at the moment is just a cute detail to me)
